Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes technical data your browser sends (IP address, time, page, browser and device information) to deliver the page and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and reliable operation). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies, tracking, fonts
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels or third-party embeds. Fonts are hosted on this site, so no request goes to Google or another font service.
If you write to me, I use your email and what you send only to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for inquiries about working together, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires me to keep it.
Booking a call
The buttons for a short call open my booking page on Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly processes your name, email, the time you pick and your answers to the booking questions, so the call can happen. I copy your booking into my own workspace (Notion) to prepare the call. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. I delete the details when they are no longer needed for working together.
Newsletter and the free routine
If you sign up for my Sunday letters or the free qigong routine, your email goes to Substack (Substack Inc., USA), which sends the letters and the welcome mail with the routine. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe with the link in every letter.
Links to other sites
Links to Substack, LinkedIn or Scripe take you to those sites. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
